Merry Christmas from Hatchaholics! As we wrap up the holiday season, we want to share a quick marketplace update and let you know what’s happening behind the scenes.
We’re using this quieter holiday period to improve system performance, correct bugs, and prepare for the launch of new auction features. During testing, we identified a few issues that need to be resolved to ensure a smooth, fair, and reliable experience for both buyers and vendors.
You may have noticed a new page added to the Hatchaholics marketplace. This page is dedicated to our upcoming vendor auctions, allowing approved vendors to host auctions directly on the platform alongside their shop offerings.
Temporary Marketplace Impacts
While these updates are in progress:
- New vendor account creation is temporarily paused
- New product listings cannot be created through the Vendor Dashboard
- Existing vendors may request manual product additions
- Current listings, browsing, and purchasing remain fully active
These temporary limitations allow us to complete critical updates carefully and avoid disruptions once Hatchaholics auctions go live.
