- Prohibited Use: You may not use the platform for illegal activities, fraudulent transactions, or to violate any laws or regulations.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors selling products on Hatchaholics agree to:
- Accurate Listings: Provide detailed and truthful product descriptions, including health conditions, shipping methods, and any guarantees.
- Order Fulfillment: Ship orders promptly using safe, reliable methods.
- Refund & Return Policies: Clearly communicate refund, return, and replacement policies on your store page and product listings. Vendors are solely responsible for managing returns and refunds.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales comply with federal, state, and local laws, including NPIP certification, if applicable.
- Prohibited Products: Vendors may not list illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized products.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
- Review Listings Carefully: Understand the vendor’s policies (refunds, shipping, guarantees) before purchasing.
- Provide Correct Information: Ensure shipping and contact information is accurate to avoid delays.
- Accept Risks: Understand that live poultry and hatching eggs carry inherent risks (e.g., varying hatch rates, shipping stress). Vendors are not responsible for outcomes beyond their control.
Prohibition of Animal Cruelty
- Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any content or listings related to poultry fighting, cockfighting, or any form of animal cruelty are strictly prohibited.
- Content Monitoring: We actively monitor and remove any such content found on the platform.
- Account Termination: Users found promoting, participating in, or selling products related to animal cruelty will have their accounts immediately banned without notice.
- Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any listings or content that violate this policy.
Hatchaholics is committed to ethical and humane treatment of animals. Any violation of this policy will result in permanent removal from the platform.
Payments and Fees
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe or Paypal.
- Buyers will be charged the total amount at checkout, including product costs, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.
- Vendors agree to pay a commission or listing fee (as applicable) to Hatchaholics for each sale.
- Vendors are responsible for all taxes associated with their sales.
Shipping and Delivery
- Vendors are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring safe delivery of live poultry or fragile products (e.g., hatching eggs).
- Buyers must inspect shipments promptly upon delivery and contact the vendor directly for any issues.
- Hatchaholics is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused during shipping.
Refunds, Returns, and Disputes
- Vendors manage all refunds, returns, and replacement claims according to their stated policies.
- Buyers must communicate directly with vendors to resolve order issues.
- If disputes cannot be resolved, Hatchaholics may step in to facilitate communication but does not guarantee resolution.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Hatchaholics is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from products purchased or sold on the platform.
- Buyers and vendors acknowledge that live poultry and hatching eggs are sensitive to shipping and handling conditions. Outcomes such as hatch rates, bird health, or survival cannot be guaranteed.
Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, promote animal cruelty, or fail to meet platform standards.
Intellectual Property
All content on Hatchaholics (logos, text, images, and graphics) is the property of Hatchaholics and protected by copyright laws. Vendors retain ownership of their product photos and descriptions but grant us the right to display them on the platform.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
