By placing an order through Hatchaholics.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing product availability, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and general use of the service. These terms apply to all purchases made through the Home Store.

1. Our Role
Hatchaholics operates as an online storefront offering products supplied, stocked, and shipped directly by third-party suppliers. We do not manufacture or physically handle these items unless otherwise noted. Product information, availability, pricing, and shipping timelines are provided to us by our suppliers.

2. Product Information
We work to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, variations in color, packaging, or design may occur. If a supplier updates an item or makes changes without notice, Hatchaholics is not responsible for minor discrepancies.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment
All Home Store orders are processed through Hatchaholics and fulfilled by our suppliers.
Suppliers are responsible for:

• Packaging and shipping your order

• Providing tracking information

• Maintaining sufficient stock to fulfill purchases

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after purchase. If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Products ship directly from supplier facilities. Shipping methods, carriers, and timelines vary by supplier and product type.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Weather events, carrier delays, and stock shortages may affect delivery timelines. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Hatchaholics is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Return and refund policies may vary depending on the supplier. Before purchasing, customers should review the return policy listed with each product.

General guidelines:

• Items damaged in transit must be reported within the timeframe stated on the product page.

• Some items, including consumables, perishables, and certain poultry-related products, may be non-returnable.

• Refunds are issued once the supplier confirms eligibility and processes the return.

• All EggFoam Orders are subject to a $10 Restock/Cancellation/Refund Fee
• All orders are subject to an additional 10% Restock/Cancellation/Refund Fee set by Hatchaholcis

Hatchaholics will assist in coordinating communication but does not control or override supplier policies.

6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are set in coordination with our suppliers and may change without notice.
Payment is collected at checkout. Orders are not considered accepted until payment is confirmed.

Hatchaholics reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

• Supplier inventory issues

• Pricing errors

• Fraud concerns

• Incomplete order details

Customers will be notified promptly if an order cannot be completed.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Supplier failure to fulfill or deliver, though we will support resolution efforts
