The Hatchaholics Store offers products sourced from trusted third-party suppliers. By placing an order through Hatchaholics.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing product availability, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and general use of the service. These terms apply to all purchases made through the Home Store.
1. Our Role
Hatchaholics operates as an online storefront offering products supplied, stocked, and shipped directly by third-party suppliers. We do not manufacture or physically handle these items unless otherwise noted. Product information, availability, pricing, and shipping timelines are provided to us by our suppliers.
2. Product Information
We work to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, variations in color, packaging, or design may occur. If a supplier updates an item or makes changes without notice, Hatchaholics is not responsible for minor discrepancies.
3. Order Processing and Fulfillment
All Home Store orders are processed through Hatchaholics and fulfilled by our suppliers.
Suppliers are responsible for:

Hatchaholics is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

- All EggFoam Orders are subject to a $10 Restock/Cancellation/Refund Fee
- All orders are subject to an additional 10% Restock/Cancellation/Refund Fee set by Hatchaholcis
Hatchaholics will assist in coordinating communication but does not control or override supplier policies.

Payment is collected at checkout. Orders are not considered accepted until payment is confirmed.
